V celkovom rebríčku všetkých výrazov sa na prvej priečke umiestnil zosnulý americký herec Robin Williams.

Spoločnosť Google zverejnila rebríčky tohtoročných globálnych trendov vo vyhľadávaní. V nich sú zoradené výrazy, o ktoré v roku 2014 najviac stúpol záujem v porovnaní s minulým rokom.

V celkovom rebríčku všetkých výrazov sa na prvej priečke umiestnil zosnulý americký herec Robin Williams, za ním nasledujú majstrovstvá sveta vo futbale, Ebola, Malaysia Airlines a ALS Ice Bucket. Robin Williams ovládol aj rebríček úmrtí, kde sa na ďalších priečkach umiestnili Philip Seymour Hoffman, Peaches Geldof, Shirley Temple a Maya Angelou.

Spomedzi udalostí zaznamenali najväčší nárast záujmu vo vyhľadávaní Ebola , ISIS, Malaysia Airlines, Krym / Ukrajina a Ferguson. V kategórii Ľudia dominovala herečka Jennifer Lawrence, na ďalších priečkach sa umiestnili Kim Kardashian, Julie Gayet, Tracy Morgan a Renée Zellweger. Rebríček športovcov ovládol kolumbijský futbalista James Rodríguez, nasledujú Michael Schumacher, Ray Rice, Luis Suárez a Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior.
