Extrémne obézna študentka sa stala modelkou pre športové oblečenie po tom, čo schudla polovicu svojej telesnej hmotnosti. Táto baba je obrovskou motiváciou pre všetkých, ktorí sa už pri chudnutí vzdali…

21-ročná Mathilde Broberg z dánskeho mesta Aarhus vážila neuveriteľných 126 kíl. Niet sa čo čudovať, keďže jedla na večeru dvojité porcie a zajedala to čokoládou.

Keď však vypadla z vozíka na húsenkovej dráhe, pretože bola príliš ťažká, povedala si dosť. Rozhodla sa vzdať čipsov, sladkostí a pečiva, začala cvičiť a v priebehu štyroch rokov zhodila 57 kilogramov.

Predtým, ako schudla, mala BMI až 40.6, takže bola v kategórii obéznych ľudí. Zdravé hodnoty BMI sa pohybujú v rozpätí od 18.5-25.

Keď sa jej však stal trapas na kolotočoch, začala s drastickou zmenou životného štýlu. Vyskúšala oklamať svoje telo tým, že začala jesť len čajovou lyžičkou a porcie, ktoré jedla, neboli väčšie ako jej dlaň. Takto mala pocit sýtosti a plnosti bez toho, aby zjedla obrovské porcie.

Dnes váži Mathilde, ktorá sa stala aj osobnou trénerkou, 65 kíl a po operácii na odstránenie prebytočnej kože, sa stala modelkou športového oblečenia.

Predtým, ako schudla, jedla všetko – čipsy, čokoládu, koláče, cestoviny a medzi hlavnými jedlami tony nezdravých snackov.

Vďaka svojmu úspechu je teraz v modelingovej agentúre a robí rôzne reklamy a keďže sa pekne vypracovala a má svalnatú postavu, robí aj modelku športového oblečenia.

LOOSE SKIN ?? ______________________________________________ So I get tons of questions about my calves and my loose skin! I'll make it clear to you in this post ? _ 1. How did you loose weight on your legs and calves? _ It's the weight loss it self AND hard hard work at the gym ?? My legs are strong from nature (and ofc from being +268lbs/+120kg) I'm deadlifting 100kg as an example. I have the best coach in the world ?? @frederiklundberg is the man behind my workout plan ❤️ And I've never looked back and I'm still working towards new goals! _ 2. Did you have surgery for loose skin? _ Yes – I did have my STOMACH skin removed, NO liposuction!! And I got a new belly button ? But that's it – the rest of it is hard work ?? _ 3. But you don't have any loose skin? This is fake! _ Yes, I still have loose skin. You can't see it at first, but if I pull out in my skin it's really obvious that I've lost A LOT of weight. _ You have to keep in mind that I'm very young (20 years) and I started this journey when I was 16. And therefor my skin is still very elastic. It will never ever shrink into its "normal" size. _ 4. What do you do to tighten up/tone? _ First of all: I can't just "tone" to fill out my extra skin. I need to go bigger – the only way you'll be able to get "rid" of your excess skin, is to build up muscle mass to fill out the space. Yes. You will get a muscular. LIFT HEAVY AND YEAH ENJOY LIFE and get a GOOD coach !! (I obviously love this lifestyle ??????) I've gained 10 kg since my operation (When I was 125lbs/57kg) ??? _ 5. What exercises do you make? _ I'm currently working on making workout plans for you guys! Motivation (PS. I'm 176 cm/5'9 tall ?) What I did to lose weight: 1. I had 110% enough! So I was a 100% dedicated ?? 2. I stopped eating ALL the bad food; candy, junk, fatty food, gluten etc – If you REALLY want to lose weight you can do this! You're the only one who's stopping you from reaching your goals ? 3. I ate ONE SMALL portion pr. meal 4. I ate (and still does) with a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon + small plates and bowls! ? 5. NEVER look back! Remember to take pictures throughout your progress – compare them one month at a time 5. Remember that EVERY LITTLE thing counts! 6. I lost the first 40 kg from dieting – Eat clean (organic), home cooked food, healthy and drink water! 7. EAT LESS CALORIES THAN YOU BURN – and you'll loose weight! Your body burn 1200 calories on its own, so don't go under this number or you'll lock down your metabolism (I'll suggest 1600 kcal if your trying to loose weight) 8. FIND YOUR BMR (Google it) and stick with that number ? 9. Never ever give up!! 10. Start with SMALL goals! Don't go with "I have to loose 100lbs" Try saying "Okay, I have to loose 10lbs and then I can buy this new shirt" REWARD YOURSELF ? __ What do you eat? I EAT HEALTHY AND CLEAN ✨ I ate small portions!! It's all about the food when your trying to loose weight! Fuck the gym and workouts if you're not eating right ???? So start in the kitchen my sweet babies!!
